Oh wow, what has happened..??? Gamers room??? diablo, cc.. what!?!?! I guess I am almost ashamed; I do not think this is a board to talk about someones computer games.. but if I am wrong, then it is really upsetting.
I know that you are all trying to make updates (especially you swamper) and make this forum/site better.. but I am just not seein eye to eye on the games. -People always talk about carl cox and sandstorm being cheese, what could be more cheesey than computer games? :conf:
IMO, I post on this board because it is like my "ultimate source" for trance.. and it is no bs.. it is all trance, and all the people here are good people, with informative stuff, helpin keep me updated; and things like those.. I just see the new forum as a degrade in TA's quality
I guess I should be ready for sum flame.. but I really do not believe this is a "gamers" site.
TranceAddict is a trance site, and that is what it is meant to be!

It's no secret that a large percentage of the site demographic are also avid gamers...
This is more of a community than solely a 'trance' music site - just as Music Discussion is not restricted to only Trance nor should the forums be restricted to only Music discussion...
The site is not turning into a gaming site, relax, it's just a place for those of us who are avid gamers to post threads where others with similar interests can participate - instead of the thread getting lost in the Chill Out Room
Also.. I put it under 'Main' forums cuz I don't really have another section to throw it under.... I may put Sports DIscussion/Gaming in an 'Other Topics' section or something but for now I think it's ok..
-- Some of the earliest examples of Techno music were present in old computer games in the 80s, and some Trance producers you know and love were also present in the industry whether it was creating the music for demos or the graphics.
Relax ppl - the site is not going to get over-run with 15 year old people looking for a gaming forum, there are dozens of other sites out there for that and ONLY that and some of em even have Music sub-sections on their site too.. Go figure. :D |

HOLD IT! just because theres a computer game forum here you want leave? for sake you can just ignore this forum, I probably won't post in here but it dosen't bother me in the slightest if its here its here, I'm not crying about a single thing, if the people on this site want a ing games forum let them have it, just because some of them like video games is not our place to whine and moan about it, and if you think this degrades the forum take a look around you there plenty of rich and intelligent, topics and debates about trance music for us to contribute too. |

inatrance, do you also have a problem with the sport forum, because that forum also doesn't have anything to do with trance or music and what about the chill out room, half of the threads there aren't about music..
btw.. NINTENDO (8 bit) 4 EVERRRR (ZELDA the best game ever made..)!! :D:D |

hmm.. actaully I don't really like the sports forum either.. but it is different, because I do not want a bunch of 15 yr olds.. ehmm.. hard to explain..
but also the sports forum has been here longer than I have.. so I am not in a position to even start complaining about it |

| Good ideas swamper, this is a forum, and has everything on here to talk about, and a lot of the people who use forums are generally on their computers a lot, and play games, coz they r good, so why not. What do you think will happen next, we could have a geek forum, for tech news, lol. That was a joke by the way |
