I Sodomized a Chicken Today

and boy did it taste good!
DiMethGuy's Beer Butt Chicken
What you will need:
(1) Purdue Oven Roasting Chicken
(1) 24 oz can of Foster's beer
(1) Bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce
Direction:
Start by cleaning the chicken (washing bird and removing giblets). Then open the can of Foster's and drink half of the contents. Then the chicken up the ass with the remaining half full can of Foster's.
Preheat grill to around 325-350 degrees. Once temperature is reached place beer can bird on the grill. It is important to make sure that it is stable (dont want any tip over's here)
After cooking for 30 mins, start your first basting of bbq sauce. Make sure to cover every nook and cranny. After this baste bird every 30-45 minutes. Total cooking time will depend on size of bird, but usually is between 2-3 hours.
After you remove the bird, take care not to lose the remaining half full Foster's. Pour the contents of the Foster's (which by now is beer marinated with cooking juices) into a small saucepan. Add an equal amount of the bbq sauce you used, and cook on low heat. Once this has reduced, pour over remaining chicken and use for nice Chicken sandwiches left overs.

A. I'm hungry and that chicken looks good, but I dont' have any to eat.
