after punching the wall until my knuckles bled, i kept punching until i felt my pinkie knuckle get displaced, then went around in the night with a stick and put some nice trees on the ground. then went around throwing glass until the shards were all over the street.

in high school whenever i got super pissed, i would usually find some kind of "angry" music to play on the piano.
but then i'd mess it up, get more angry, and end up just banging my fist on the keys.
then i'd just say a big " it" and go watch TV |

| One time I got mad at my bike and picked it up to throw it; the handle bars swung and jacked me right in the forehead. I've since stopped doing 'unique' things to express my anger. Being punched by a bike really does take its toll on you, physically AND mentally. |
