Yes... I would make a lab full of Clones that are supersoldiers and they will worship me as their god. Vowing to protect me and abide my wishes. But first I need to get this idea executed. I have drawn a general businss plan already. Regarding Patents... yes that can be an issue because I'll need lawyers to help chizzle patents on this stuff. But I can see many copycats out there. Forexample.... if I created an program to compress music to mp3s heck... just look how many programs are like that out there. The thing is great things are universal that it's nearly free and accessible to anyone. It's the coroperations that want to slice it and make huge profits. I don't plan to be filthy rich just enough to live a simple life and help those who I think are important. |

heres a million dollar idea for u. a cell phone service that is free! and u make money from advertisors. instead of a ring tone u have 10 second advertisement clip when u call someone. |
Here's my tibit on your million bucks idea. It'll be annoying. People will get fed up. Secondly, people would opt out of the service because they don't want to hear the ad. They'll just go to another provider that doesn't spam adivertisments.
Geez that's your million? I think mine's closer to a billion now ;) :tongue3 |

ur gonna go to another service provider and pay 30 bucks a month just to not hear an advertisement??? i dunno abt u but i rather pay nothing every month and listen to a 10 second clip abt pasta
edit: the only problem is keep urself a floatthe firstyear. cause ur gonna ave tons of ppl signing up to ur service at once and prolly only a few advertisors paying, but thebeauty is the more ppl u ge signing up the more advertisors are going to want to pay and sign up to ur company as well. its a perfect idea. itll crush any service provider out there |

Suppose that the ads exist in one of the major telecom provider. Would people not start bitching like the flood gates of hell? Suppose the phone companies havea secret cabal with each other and they all do it..... Like coke and pepsi got together and agree on the same price for their drinks... I suppose I will deal with it by then :toothless |

Timing is everything. I dunno how to start small. What am I going to do wait 2-5 years from now. In the mean time learn programming? Business models? It's prolly only a matter of time someone figures it out like I did. That person will prolly be rich but gawdforbid if he/she is poor like me and become rich because hey that could've just been me. Would've gone down in history among the Wright Brothers brotha ;) |

| I am majoring in business ata an Ivy League school, so that being said I know a thing or two about how businesses are run. I am actually starting my own web company, but like you don't want to go into further details on this forum. All I can say is that in a year you could learn the fundamentals of starting and running a business. However, you will simply know the textbook way of doing everything. Unfortunately in the real world, the textbook way of doing things doesn't always work. I have no clue what your idea is, but you mentioned programming and Im taking that any idea that involves making a lot of cash and programming is not something you are going to be able to learn to the level you need to be capable of doing (over the course of the next year or so). Anyways, your a step ahead of most larps who aren't smart enough and/or are too lazy to be an entrepreneur. |

I work for a bank and have a designated lending authority of $20 million (Canadian funds).
I would be happy to fund your start-up company. All I need are 3 years of your company's previous audited financial statements, I will ask your father to co-guarantee your business for $20 million (and if he doesn't have enough assets we could probably go as far back as your great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather to secure your loan.
PM me anytime to discuss your proposal! If you default on your loan, however, your idea becomes the bank's property. Sorry about that. :( |

| Aye pretty much what everyone else said. Get a patent, then go door to door to the people who have the processes in place to be able to incorporate it. |
