i dont understand how people can drink and roll together. the taste of alcohol while i'm peaking just makes me want to throw up. i've only done it like 2-3 times and i cant manage more than one beer if i'm blowing up. on the other hand i dont mind downing a couple brews before heading to the club or while waiting for the right time to drop.
to each their own i guess, but i stay away from the alcohol if i'm dropping a pill. |

I always used to have the same mentality but lately I've been drinking before and/or during all the nights that I've done anything. I guess subconsciously I know it's going to help keep me more 'grounded' and not get excessively ed up. Getting old sucks :( |

yeah man i hear ya. last time i rolled after a 3 month break i was like "this is kinda old." i mean dont get me wrong, i had fun but i think i've gotten to the point where i've pretty much gotten everything positive out of it as i can. i think its time to lower my usage down to only really special occasions. if not i can see myself hating it in the future. |

same here... worst i've done was having like 3-4 beers at a club and then taking a pill at afters, but that was a spur of the moment kind of thing. if i am planning on rolling or i know there's a chance of eating pills, i'll usually avoid alcohol entirely and just focus on getting enough vitamins and water in me beforehand.
but, like you, i've kind of gotten to the point where i need to cut back to doing it only on special occasions... not just because i'm going out and it's there. |
