but that's the point as they're not quite according to the conditions.
if it's unsigned then you're assigning a licence to myspace.
if it is signed, no matter if it's your work, it's not different to putting a greenday tune up ;) you still don't own the sound recording of it anymore, and what those conditions are implying is that whatever you put on your page becomes myspace's meaning that you can be caught in the middle between say a label and myspace.
it's all a little bit speculative at the moment if you ask me. as if it would evber happen, but it is there in writing.
once again, i say never put full tunes, only samples - but that's commom sense anywhere. |
