Post all your reviews, pics, videos, gripes, experiences, etc here so we can get all this stuff in one big thread. I just got home and I'm going through pics, but I'll post a detailed review later. Daft Punk were definatley THE highlight.

DAY 1...

4 Hour Drive from OC SUCKED ASS!!!! There was accident after accident after accident on the 91... WTF!!! :x Got there at 7:30pm just in time for Carl Cox....

CARL COX
OMFG!!! HE WAS AMAZING!!!! Way better than everytime I've seen him, well except for Love Parade. :twisted

AUDIO BULLIES
The DJ started good, amazing intro, but the MC ed things up for me. When he sung Sweet Dreams, I knew I had to walk out of that tent.

DEPECHE MODE
Honestly, I wasn't feeling them because there was so many people that it made really unjoyable. And from my viewpoint, they looked like ants! :(

DAFT PUNK
HOLY ! :shock :shock :shock :shock This had to be the best live act I have ever seen!!!! EN AMAZING!!!! I was speechless. Not only did they played for their alloted time, but they did TWO encores that kept them performing until 12:20am. The crowd kept wanting more, even the technitians turned the stage back on, but they never returned. Man!!! EN AMAZING! I'll post pics & videos in a bit.

DAY 2...
I was in Mexico for day 2. :(

I dunno, I didnt even bother trying to see her. It was already rammed rediculous style when Oakenfold was on...took a friend of mine 30+ minutes to walk about 500ft away from the Sahara tent while she was playing.

Madonna was "OK" - she showed up late and only did a five song set. T

They kept the crowd (who were so packed in they couldn't move - dancing was "nodding your head") at bay by playing house music while everyone thought they were setting up a stage. They weren't - she was just late methinks.

But the crowd was definitely feeling it for the 30 minutes she played.

I personally preferred Daft Punk - as was said before -

"BEST LIVE SHOW EVER"

I've gone to Coachella for the past three years and I must say it never gets old. I don't really know anyone on these threads other than Bas but anyways (lol btw nice seeing you there buddy!) I have to say Daft Punk STOLE the festival. Needless to say, you're gonna be hearing that over and over so I want to point to another AMAZING act on day two by nonother than Mylo! It was my first time seeing him do a live dj set and he TORE it up! I mean, after all the Madonna bull and everyone flocking to see Massive Attack, he kept a really solid crowd hooked in the Sahara, and man..he really gets into the music, he was dancing nonstop for the entire gig!

Notable songs he dropped were:
No More Conversation (his remix of course)
Right Here, Right Now (that old school fatboy slim song)
Drop the Pressure (people went insane)
Walking Away (Tocadisco remix)

Carl Cox was really solid as well, Loui Vega was awesome and Derrick Carter dropped some extremely cool tracks. Wasn't feeling Oakie but Michael Mayer was cool. OH and Ladytron was awesome!

For non-electronic music I would say that TV on the Radio and Digable Planets put on some really good shows. Mogwai was freaking amazing and Sister Scissors was really fun too. Hope everyone had a good time and I want to officially say Hi to everyone

Oakie really sucked. His needles were jacking him was reverbing all over the place so he had to go to cd's. BUt, by this time he had already trainwrecked like 5 times so i think he was a bit flustered. (to say the least) He kept looking back at his sound guy basically saying WTF. It was sad it was hurting me to watch REAL BAD! I think he trainwrecked like 7 out of 10 mixes. It got so bad he cross faded to nothing and pressed play on the next cd. All the while doing the oakie two step and crowd bs. I was looking forward to his set a lot and it was definitely the worst one of the weekend.

On a happier note, G&D were absolutely flawless.
