OK....i am lost.....
i was checking a new live set i have...Rank 1 - Live at Energy 9.30.00 and there is a track called "Many Miles Too Soon" that sounds EXACTLEY like Such is Life without vocals...
is Such is Life the same thing as Many Miles Too Soon but with vocals???????????...or am i going crazy??????????
it basically sounds like Such is Life (deep dub mix)...anyone know? |

Yep, many miles is kind of a beta if you'd like to call it of Such is life.
The thing is rank 1 released many miles and then decided to improve it... the upcoming resault (Which is much better BTW :)) was called such is life... |

| As far as I read in this forum Many Miles Too Soon was the promo and Such Is Live is what came out as the real vinyl you can buy at shops. |

From what I've heard, 'Many Miles Too Soon' was originally written as a tribute to a friend of Rank 1's who died. Then a short while later, they tidied it up a little and added a vocal. And then released it with the title 'such is life'

the track wasn't a promo or a beta of such is life
many miles to soon was written 4 a friend of rank 1 who died in a car accident
i dont really remember his name
but i know his last name was Miles...
then from that track they produced the wonderfull such is life.. i dont think it was planned |

The story of Many Miles Too Soon that I know of is, that it was a promo boradcasted on the radio...to tease the upcoming Such is Life which it basically is ;) |

rank 1 usually plays some good tracks they've made in thier live sets that are never released.. they are made just to play in thier sets.. many miles too soon just happened to be one they made eventually into a single..
where did the name "many miles too soon" come from? mp3 groups? i know another recent rank 1 "live set only" track is making the waves in the mp3 and being labeled as "white snow" even tho these tracks as stated by rank 1 themselves never really have names!! |

no... i think many miles too soon was given by rank 1... because as a said b4.. the track was dedicated to a friend of theirs that died
his last name was MILES.. many MILES too soon... |
