Protoculture - cascadians... amazing tune, I didn't hear it, until someone pointed it out to me on the Isratrance site.

The album is amazing as well, very good energetic, melodic trance.

Circadians doesn't have anything to do with Greece 2000 except that it sounds a bit alike, that's all. The melody we're talking about is certainly not exactly the same as Greece, so I don't know why you think it's a cover.
Quite a shame Protoculture took this one as title track for the album, tis a good example of cheesy psy trance :)

I nearly had a heart attack.

Compared to what? Kindzadza??

I'd define cheesy as Yahel or GMS. That whole album is amazing, even the lighter tracks. But yeah.. its protoculture so you have to expect some more uplifting tunes.

Hehe well yes Yahel and GMS are farse worse ofcourse :p
But I think Circadians is such a "generic" standard psy track, with all the usual sounds and a bit of a cheesy lead melody.
I can't really find the right words to describe it..

edit: I must add that I think this is one of the weaker tracks on the album, it's not all cheese
Subtle
i was listening to the CD.. sounding good... dont feel the track sounds similar to Greece 2000 at all..

its funny to hear how the basslines are similar to the Astrix`s ones..
