Well, we were gonna do this last night, but on my way to the Dolphin, Lis called me and said that the bowling alley was a complete and utter rip off. Not only did the bastards have the audacity to charge $5 JUST TO GET IN, but an outreageous $35 an hour for alley use. Get the outta here! We made up our minds to go to Dave N Busters, but decided to hit up a pool hall instead. THAT was total fun. I'm better at pool than bowling anyway. :stongue: It was a blast doing that. Suggestions for Bird Bowl or this other bowling alley on University Drive where the prices aren't as ridiculously high have been put out there, we'll keep these in mind for July, since June we already have the Isles of Adventure trip outing.
All in all last night was a real good time...except Gerry couldn't seem to let go of his BK fries. :haha: |

Some bowling alleys do that. Hell, this one alley I knew dimmed the lights and put on strobe lights and black lights, but even THEY didn't charge a in' cover charge! |

It was only a very few of us. Me, Mel, Lis, Anthony, Eric, Gerry, John, Karen and Flo. Karen and Flo had an unexpected thing to attend to so they left and couldn't stay to play pool with us.
Only took a handful of pics.
Got this nice shot of Dolphin Mall.
The pool hall was across from FIU....eh, somewhere. Me and Mel checked through like in' 5 shopping centers before we found the .
^No Cyclops duo this time. Red-eye reduction for the win.
Pretty fun night. We should do a pool night in addition to bowling. |
