Nevio...you are the man! This post shows more class than I have seen for the management side of the dance scene in Toronto...ever!
You have addressed ALL the issues that frustrated club goers on Saturday...and you know we will all be there to support you in your new venture.
This is not just your new home, for many of us...well, we simply are "home again".
Thank you...to you, David, the manangement team and everyone who has worked so hard to bring Sonic to the Toronto club scene!
TOTOs..this club deserves our support...and the humility and sincerity of this post from Nevio is proof positive!

First off, I want to say that I agree with you 100%
Second off, I want to say that he did not address the issue of all the shirtless guys. By this I mean that this is NOT an issue. Even if it is on this forum (for some) it is NOT an issue!! |

Hey TO Guy...I agree...the shirtless thing is not an issue and really only served to hijack the original review thread.
Nevio addressed the "real" issues...the operational issues...all the rest comes down to a matter of preference....ie...talent...shirtless guys...Etc! |

And for the record, I wished everyone had kept their shirts on, but it didn't really bother me, and certainly didn't affect my night. |

In regards to the gum issue...
At Roxy in NYC(which turns into a roller rink during the week) they confiscate your gum at the door.
Don't think thats the answer, but it is interesting. |

Well the reason they confiscate it there is b/c since it is a rollerskating rink, they don't want to waste countless hours cleaning up the gum for the skaters. I'm assuming Sonic is not a rollerskating rink as well though. |

it's the same people who piss on the toilet seat, and on the floor. either they have no respect, or braincells remaining.
(i actually told a handful of people to pick up their gum after tossing it on saturday.... they listened too)
