Dithering on or off?
16 bit, 32 bit 0.24 or 32 bit 16.8?
Which sampler interpolation?

wtf Do they think I am a rocket scientist??

I hate to make it sound so harsh... but if you're delving into computer-based digital audio production, you should have a good idea of what they all mean. Try doing some homework (ie: look it up on the net or something)

Then... try exporting in different modes to find out what the differences turn out.

These are all dependant on some other variables.

Dithering: Is this a master render, or are you making a loop/sample? If the former, dither. If the latter, don't. I only have a cursory knowledge of the theory behind dithering, though, so don't ask me to explain. This is just a bit of an overview.

Sampler interpolation: This depends one: on whether this is your final product, and two: on how long you're willing to wait. If it is your final product, take it to Sinc Depth 256. If not, then are you willing to wait? If so, then go ahead and make it Sinc Depth 256, if not, then make it lower depending on how ansy you are to hear the exported verson.

Sampler interpolation basically translates to quality. This, in particular takes a while to explain, and while I know what's going on, I'm not exactly sure how to put it to words.

Bit Depth: Easy: what does your sound card support. When choosing bit depth, you have to choose the highest bit depth that your sound card supports. If you go higher, you'll get a lot of distortion. Once again, I don't really have the time or ability to explain fully, but this is just a general impression. It's best to look up the theory yourself.

Good luck.

Fruity loops tells you that for sampler interpolation, 6 point hermite sounds as good as 256, for all practical purposes. Plus, if you use anything higher than 6 it takes way too long to render.

Ultimately, this depends on the computer. 256 only takes one or two hours for a 10 minute track for me. I've never looked into 6, but I've got time to spare, personally, and an hour isn't that long.
