there were multiple roll call threads homes. i just got back (and have to stay awake for a mechanic's appointment in an hour ugh...)
my usual crew bailed on me so i was on the solo tip tonight. got there at 10 and was inside as the club opened (met sveta for a millisecond outside). kai spun a funky prog set with some trentemoeller thrown in for good measure; he also dropped "same man" and a prydz-ish remix of phil collins and philip bailey's "easy lover." tiesto came on @ 1:40 and spun 'till 5:15. aside from the crowd (too many fobs, lee hotties, and people, period - which at this point is par for the course) the set was quality, comparable to asot when it used to be good. serge was dropping lucid's mix of bt's "dreaming" as i was exiting.

| Awwww... I'm so dissapointed I didn't get to meet you, stunnade. I think I talked to you once or twice before I became a TA, but it's a shame I didn't get to meet you in person. Aight, everybody check the Tiesto review and read post #2, an enormously long careful assesment by me. You Tiesto haters will find it quite suprising, I think. |
