You can get addicted to anything that makes you feel better. That's escapism. Love, coke, sadness, sex, heroine, alcohol, pornography, internet, faith. Once the need of feeling anything becomes a demand that must be satisfied repeatedly in a short amount of time, you're addicted. So, technically, you can get addicted to the alternative sexual world pornography brings you: images, thoughts and no rejection. |
