I kindly need your help guys!
A good friend of my friend, who is by association also my friend :)
needs some help to be number 1 in this competition - which she absolutely deserves!!! She is a real girl with real achievements! So please help her out! Below is an email from my friend:

"My friend Pilar Peterson is competing in a "real people" modelling competition for Levi Strauss Jeans....she's been my friend since high school, and now she's a competitive snowboarder and firefighter in Whistler. She WAS in the top spot, and now some skanky snow bunny with a hairpiece has pulled ahead of her.

I know the snow bunny might be hot- but its a REAL people competition and snow bunny as an occupation- c'on - thats just retarded! She would be perfect for a Guess Jeans ad tho!

aw come on just b/c she has a fit body, she doesnt seem real? i agree with u guys on the "skank look with the bunny crap" but sex sells. and that girl is posing sexy.. i dont think just cuz she is a hot girl with a nice body- she isnt real.,... what kills it but also helps her is her pose- thats my opinion.

I'm all for having a fit body...i'm obsessed with having great abs...but there's something about her that seems fake. Maybe it's the snowbunny career (LOL) or her pose. Either way she just doesn't seem to be conveying the "real" person thing compared to the others. |

My younger sister auditioned for a modelling job with Levi's a few years ago (she was 18 at the time). She was (and still is) 5'5" and 110lbs. She was turned away because she was deemed TOO FAT.
I will never support the Levi's brand again in any way, simply for this reason. Its funny how she's too big to model for them then, but now they are looking for normal sized people to represent their company. How does that work... |
