i didnt like this mix. the flow was wack and sorta all over the place. their EM in 2002 was mint tho. =)
lex400sc
yeah that set was all over the place, eleven-->hide & seek-->milk?? :wtf:
SVGmethod
it was like they werent even mixing. just fading in and out. there was a lot of fade outs of one song, some silence, and then the next song coming in. wtf. lol. didnt notice anything extra being done with abletr0n. nothing they couldnt do with cdj's/vinyl.
Orbital32
i do have to agree, it was going everywhere.

I always thought EM were something 'special' and DJs were to put on their best performance. Is this how it was in the past but not currrently, or is this totaly just me? :conf:

before, u didnt hear too much of pete tong during people's sets, but now more and more he in talks during that all kinds. LOL. and yeah I hear what you are saying. I have noticed a trend that dj's do not put as much emphasis on the essential mix. everyone's just trying to get their own tracks in and stuff frmo their labels now. EM's back in the day pwned my life. LOL.
