| I've never been so impressed...not a huge fan of hardstyle but yoji was out of this world. Heard a bunch of marcel woods tunes <3 prodigy WTF I went NUTS...and Yoji ending it with Sensation White anthem 2004!!!!! :D. Will post lengthier review. |

The Guv has now been forever dominated, and violated after Yoji's set. I'm guessing this may potentially open the doors and spark something special in the Toronto scene in terms of getting more varied DJs booked.
And for those who say Yoji's a dick, near the end of the set there where some people backstage telling him to end his set, but Yoji kept telling them "2 more records" :haha:. I think it was the Guv staff that ended his set, because it looked like Yoji wanted to keep going.
Also BIG thumbs down at the Guv bouncers and staff. They were outright s. There was a bunch of fans who wanted pics with Yoji, and just to talk to him, but he was quickly whisked away by the bouncers, and everyone was forcefully pushed back and told to get lost. Considering this is the first time Yoji was in Toronto, Guv staff should have been more understandable about it.
In Europe and Japan, Yoji often chills with fans and hangs out after the set ... but it sure didn't happen last night. |
