Produced this track a few months back after I got hold of this vocal from a producer contact of mine in Canada. I felt it worked v nicely in a trance track like this. Only problem is I can't track down who was originally responsible for the vocals! All I know is they were originally on some kind of house track and the vocalist may or may not be called Michal. Can anyone help? Feedback on the track would be awesome too. Cheers guys.
SF.

vocal have no power in the spectre...I like bassline.I like classic arp.
middle part is very good...Tranzy...5:55 maybe some bassline automation would be great. For me there is more work with vocal...and maybe pad timbre is'nt good for this sort of trance.
Iliked it,but I also see, that you can do more!
try to review my track :

Nice bass, nice synth, nice atmosphere, nice vocal... Can not find anything to criticize. Really good! ;)

The filter intro was great... I'm not sure DJ's love or hate those kind of intros, but who cares (curiosity killed the cat)...
Onto the track: the vocals had a good electric drive in the band-pass filter. The vocalists useage of breath was both steamy, passionate, and resourceful.
The bassline reminds me of ATB ("I'm in love the the DJ", ring a bell?)... it's timbre... The bassline is low, and dominated by saws.
The trancy stuff in the middle was excellent. |

Listening...
Very nice intro, impressed so far!
Very pro sounding.
Wood per i like, the sorta synths you got coming in are nice, pads are sweet too!
Vocals are nice, but as mentioned thin, maybe its the phaser you got over it? It can think out sounds someitmes. But it goes well with th song, I'm actually really digging this!
ing bass key change at 2.51!!! Awesome!
This is really reminding me of a tune. Can't remember the name though!
The Pads I think actually work really well. They got a spacey edge to them.
Its good mate, I really like it, I might even play it out, if I do I'll let you know how it goes down.
Anychance of getting a dub version?
Just render one with out the vocals.
OMG Its energy 52 this tune reminds me off!!!
Love it mate 8.5/10.
You got any other works I can check out? |

The bassline & bass sound remind me of Tiesto's - Lethal industry ... nice
Dreamy vocals are always good.
Missing some atmospheric effects for this type of track, the strings during the break are ok, and like the reverse effects.
The main lead could use more impact imo, needs more power. The bassline builds expectation, but the lead doesn't deliver.
Likin' the track all in all though ... maybe cut the buildup by a minute, and extend the end a bit ... |

After listening to this I have one word for you.
QUALITY
Vocals are really tender and crisp. Band pass is pretty cool. Nice melody going along with the track the whole time. Lots of little cool effects...keeps me interested all the way. Track is pretty chilled out. Reminds me of some producer, can't pin it down right now.
Thanks for a great track. |
