That's why I don't use V-station :)
The moment you program fat detuned sounds you have the annoying clicks. Especially with pads where you have a release tail. The clicks come from the limited polyphony, when the max is reached it starts clicking. |

One of the first pentium processors, it's kind off irony for all those lame gearlist sigs out there. Like it matters how much or which gear you own. Guys with FL studio have brought out better releases then a 100.000$ studio. :)
@ substorm, chill. The last comments weren't for you but for novation. There's no way around the clicking if you use the detune. Even synthation's soundset, which is one of the best out there has the clicking noizes. |

I have no idea what parallel universe you live in. But in my dimension of space the Intel 286 Processor was introduced in 1982 and the Intel Pentium Processor in 1993. They are hardly the same thing.
So you would say that stuff made with FL studio sound the same as stuff made in a 100.000$ studio? Yeah sure you can make a successfull track with just one acoustic guitar but does it sound like an orchestra? If you say the gear doesn't matter, why does it matter to you so much?
Just a thought... |

omg..
I meant intel, my mistake :)
It matters for me because I like tweaking knobs. But I'm selling most of my gear and getting a TI this summer. All the rest will be software. It has changed that much the last years that it can sound as good or even better than hardware. If you buy a sampler and sampler packs you can make an orchestra into fruity. I was talking about electronic music btw, that's no comparison really. Point is it's the man behind the gear and not the 5 line signature with expensive gear that make the music sound good. |

So true! The only thing that matters is the idiot behind the controls :tongue2 |
