For me it's one of those tracks that kicks ass in a set but by its own is only average.
The same can be said for a lot of tracks. Say, for instance, you have a set with tracks that you really like. I pretty much guarentee that if you listen to the individual tracks you would think that most of it is crap compared to the set.
The DJs add a whole new dimension and context to tracks when they play them live. |

Nooo that tune has a killer beat. It's only about a million times better than Simulated (why do people like that? It's got no beat at all and the melody isn't catchy...it's just annoying! Like somebody's rubbing a cheesegrater over my brain).

This song isn't overhyped at all... the only reason you keep hearing about it is b/c everyone keeps bitching about it... its as if the song is going out and f*cking everyone's mom or something.... just let the track be.
I think the reason most people don't like it is b/c its not trance, its techno. For some of us techno-heads who also like trance, this song is awesome. When i listen to this track (dub mix obviously), i can't stop jumping around. Hey, it affects people differently.
Bottom line: some will like it, some won't... The only "big deal" is everyone complaining about it.

I have that too with i.e. Katana - Fancy Fair. When it comes up in a set, I totally love it, but listening to just that track i get bored very quickly. Same with GODD. |

as for godd... i love it. the lyrics really make you think and question urself... and when u hear it in a club, the place goes ape-!! such a tune to dance to :D
the dirty alpha is the craziest of the mixes, but when im out and wantin to dance the original is best for mee :) |
