| I have seen Christopher Lawrence more than any other DJ that I like a lot, and what I think after all those chances is that what he puts together on his releases is like nothing that he spins. The real-time sessions always come up FAR short. I love his albums, esp. the earlier stuff, and I always am disappointed when I see him in person. It's just a lot of hard, banging noise. And I think his releases are a lot more cerebral and nuanced. |

I've enjoyed Lawrence's sets everytime I've seen him. His strength is definitely DJing rather than producing.
His new compilation sounds a bit JOOFesque with a few full on psy tracks in there. |

| they are booth very good friends, so who knows what could happen. lawrence ed around with BT 3 years ago @ EDC, so who knows whats gonna happen. i would just about my self if it did happen though. |
