My place is either this park in my subdivison or Borders about 10 minutes from my house. The park in my subdivison is really beautiful, and I tend to spend a lot of time there in the summer. Sometimes I just go there and walk around, think about things, just to get away for a while. There's aren't a whole lot of trees, but there is wide open fields and a few ponds with ducks, geese and various birds all around it. It's quite tranquil, especially during the afternoon when there aren't as many bugs out.
I like going to Borders to get away too, more so when I'm really bored and just want to go, get a latte or mocha and pick up a book and read, or browse CDs and discover new artists and new types of music. It's a great hang out place i'de say, maybe not as quiet as a library but certaintly not as loud as a mall...

I don't know what mine is. I guess it's a various mixture of positive memories and places that I'd like to be.

That, out of the different "places" I go, is one of the primary ones. Just a nice beach, nobody around, an incredible sunset such as that one, and Solar Stone's Chilled Out Euphoria in the background.

It looks better at night... here's my favourite picture:

Well speaking specifically about having a happy place when getting my arm poked with a needle for my monthly blood exam ... I always think damn I wish this nurse was hotter :stongue:

Otherwise in my mind when I fade away into a happy place, I think of an old town where I used to live in France. La Rochelle, on the atlantic coast was madddddddd chill I loved the town and I miss it to bits.
Here is a picture of the old port

Otherwise I think of random walks I had around New York along the piers having someone trying to sell me some fake Oakley shades :haha: or sometimes I think of Central Park.

I also think and remember the crazy good times I had with my friends back in their basement in Cleveland where we had our own crazy 24+ hours after parties ( it was usually crackyness central ). Man I miss them so much :(

And lastly when I want to relax in town there's this park with a view of a wonderful hotel there. I often go to Charlie's bar which is located inside the hotel and has live jazz musicians.
No pics of the park but here is the hotel in question:
