How long can you hold your breath? (pg. 2)

However long it takes me to swim 50 meters underwater.
But if you want a real challenge, blow out all your air, and THEN see how long you can hold your breath. I've done 25 meters swimming like this. |

Dude; that's nearly impossible.
I'm a swimmer myself and I can know.
It's more likely if you put your stomach on some kind of 'neutral' position: you exhale normally and then you take the swim. If you literally exhale with an effort ALL your breath out of your longs so your stomach crumbles I highly doubt if you could do that. Only very excercised divers who can hold their breath for +4 mins on land can do that. |
