Hmmmm, I'm inclined to suggest "superstar DJ" for lack of a better term. Hey, despite it being MTV, something like that might be good exposure for the scene - setting us apart from the usual bull stereotypes; i.e. druggies, club guidos, etc etc.

yes because what trance needs to get is even more mainstream.

No no, I absolutely agree. Although the problem is, that people in general assume that all serious styles of EDM, are just the same as garbage Top 40 "techno". Devoting some sort program, would perhaps set the record straight. Explaining to people that serious EDM has a strong following, and that a DJ isn't just some shmuck who plays at weddings. Hell, it would certainly explain to people why it is we'd spend 6 hours in a club watching some guy play records instead of fighting, and hitting on women.
