| Back at my old job I would have long and boring 8 hour shifts without a single client, so I took a bunch of old promotion carton flyers, some scotch tape, staples, straws, and a couple of slush glasses. After a few days work, I had an extremely complex system of tubes, slides, chutes and mechanics where you could put a golf ball at the top, pull a straw that would open a carton door and make it fall through. The whole chute took approximately 30 seconds for the ball to complete, and the contraption was roughly three meters in diameter and one meter tall. :D |

I gave it to one of my managers as a gift, who kept it in his office for a few months. Eventually they fired him (he was too good, probably). Then the idiot that took over threw it away without even asking me if I wanted to keep it. I was so pissed that day. That even contributed to my long list of reasons for leaving that crappy place. :( |

completely re-organized my "sites with good design" bookmarks folder in Opera... probably near 200 sites that i went through, made sure they were still active, and decided if they were still "good" design.
yeah work is slow. :( |

A few years back a few friends and I were at the Burger King a friend managed.... 1:30am.... just completely tuned up. For whatever reason I decided to cut lines into the words "legalize it"..... it took a whole 8 ball but it looked great!
edit---- , missed the lately part.... well, when you got holes in your brain like me I guess a few years back can = lately |
