I know when you actually make gravy (like not out of the package ) it's basically all the stuff that cooks off of the turkey - the oils and juices and stuff (we're talking turkey gravy here obviously) and you add corn starch I think to thicken it, maybe flour, some other ? |

Bingo. I don't use corn starch though. Just flour and a bit of water. The trick is to use an electric mixer so it's not all lumpy and gross. Mmmmmmmmmmmm gravy. |
