| If I were his parent I'd target the problem. His is pretty obvious so I would cut off all access to the internet, cut off his allowance or take charge of his finances completely, and take away his turntables and/or all gear. Without the internet he can't search for new music and without money he can't buy any either. Without any gear he cannot continue his music hobby. Problem solved! |

Tell him he shouldnt make producing/djing his top priority. That cost money, thus if he wanted to do these things he should begin his career first and dj on the side and eventually he'll get noticed if he's that good. Joo know what i mean.

if i were his parents, i'd support whatever decision he makes. but i'd tell him he'd HAVE to stay in school. and only if he was any good. if he sucks i'd backhand him or something. |
