To be exact, Mulhouse France, next to the city of Basel ( one of the bigger industrial cities of Switzerland ) which is north west from you.
Germany and Swizerland are both about 20 minutes from me.
Otherwise keep in mind drugs are kinda legal ( legislation isn't clearly defined at least in terms of rights to sell ) so if you wanna party it up go ahead :p |

If you don't REALLY want to quit, you won't. You need that desire to quit sitting in the back of your mind so that you can fight the physical cravings.
I'm trying to quit myself, but I can't do it cold turkey, mainly because I don't WANT to. I'm just not ready to give it up like that. I have however cut down from about 15 or more a day to only 4 or 5.
A good thing to do is cut smoking at all the habitual times you do it. Like with a coffee..or after food/sex/joint. Once you get used to not doing it when you normally do...it starts to sink in that why should you bother doing it at all?
It's also good to acknowledge your cravings instead of saying to yourself "I don't want a cigarette". Being honest about the addiction makes it easier to fight it. |

Nope. I blame my parents for setting a bad example. They had me curious about it from a young age...and though I grew up thinking smoking was disgusting and knowing how unhealthy it was, there was always a part of me that wanted to try it. So I started when I was 15/16 and never looked back. Unfortunately I also have a hand to mouth compulsion/obsession (former thumb sucker), which makes it a little more difficult. And I'm not gonna lie, I really do like smoking. :/
But I'm doing better than I thought, and I've given myself till my next birthday to be completely done with smoking. 10 years is long enough. Hell I'm gonna be a nurse anyways, I'd like to be able to set a good example. |

| go to a smoking cessation workshop, they are free and they'll give you a plan for quitting. you can't quit cigarettes without a plan. |

| am i the only one here who can start and stop smoking at any time? i'll smoke a pack if i'm out partying and all ed up, and i'll smoke a few if i'm out at a bar or drinking, or a cig here and there when i'm driving... but i don't consider myself a regular smoker at all. i never really have that craving or urge to smoke, and i can go days or weeks without smoking and not even think about it. |
