just wondering,
why do people jog with sweatpants in the afternoon?
is it for water circulation through heavy sweating?
wether i jog in the morning, afternoon or evening, i always wear my shorts and a t-shirt. but i'm mexican, so i sweat a lot anyways |

| maybe they are trying to lose water weight too...i dunno, but that's dumb. you should try to stay as hydrated and cool as possible when running in the summer. it's dangerous. |

it's good for the joints, especially when it's cold out and you're warming up
jogging with your arms on the other hand, is a different story :wtf: |

| The material prevents chaffing (unlike regular shorts) and it's stretchyness allows free movement. |

| Ive always heard that its to prevent water loss. People in the desert and other hot conditions were long everything for that reason (also for sun protection) |
