Need Help Deciding Between Cell Phones

I'm looking to buy a cell phone on ebay, here are my three picks, which one would you go with?
Samsung SGH-P777 $170
Motorola L6 $170
Motorola L7 $210
I realize I have the Sliver twice, but I was wondering if the L7 is really worth the 40 extra dollars, as I just really care about the camera. |

| Really why? I'm just curious as Im leaning more towards the sliver as I don't know how much I like the sliding . And do you by any chance know which camera is better? |

The SLVR is simply an average phone with a below average usability.
Samsung's camera is better. 1.3 megapixels vs. .3 for both the SLVRs. |
