Squads to be added here when they're available, if I can be arsed. We're announcing ours in.. 40 minutes time. Apparently the news Ricardo Quaresma is on the squad (meaning he doesn't go to the world cup) have leaked and our FC Porto president has already made a pissed off statement to the press. More to follow. |

Goalies: Bruno Vale (E. Amadora), Daniel Fernandes (PAOK/Greece), Paulo Ribeiro (FC Porto)
Defenders: José Castro (Académica), Semedo (Feirense), Nélson (Benfica), Nuno Morais (Marítimo), Pedro Ribeiro (FC Porto), Rolando (Belenenses), Bruno Amaro (Gil Vicente)
Midfielders: Custódio (Sporting), Diogo Valente (Boavista), João Moutinho (Sporting), Manuel Fernandes (Benfica), Raul Meireles (FC Porto), Filipe Oliveira (Marítimo), Nani (Sporting), Quaresma (FC Porto)
Forwards: Hugo Almeida (FC Porto), Lourenço (U. Leiria), Vaz Te (Bolton/England), Varela (V.Setúbal)
Yep, Quaresma, Moutinho and Manuel Fernandes appear to be out of the World Cup.
We have an outstanding team from the midfield upfront, plus a great centreback which is Zé Castro, but the Euro should be quite even and things can go wrong. |

:wtf: your midfield is ing sick bro. I say Portugal will be sick in a few years not that they arent now
Moutinho/Fernandes/Quaresma/Ronaldo is probably going to be the best midfield ever |

Starting tomorrow.
Judging by recent press conferences, our team is over-confident as . France ing us up deeply is a possibility.
Can't be arsed to put up squads, sorry. There's a fantasy football league on uefa.com for this, you can see the squads there for example. If you want to join, here's the TA league code: 2950-577 |

go search for some videos of him.
he's not the most efficient or consistent player in the world, but comes up with some awesome trickery at times, sometimes leading to brilliant goals. that's what the people like!
he's perhaps almost as naturally talented as Cristiano Ronaldo and only isn't up there cause of attitude. |

Stop calling me paradork you twat.
Anderson was branded as the "new Ronaldinho" when he arrived from Brazil, and that's usually complete bull, but this time I'm thinking the guy is the real deal. Very impressive the last couple of matches, it's obvious he has a huge natural talent. Next season is going to be crucial for his development tho.
Manuel Fernandes has shown lots of potential too, but been a bit inconsistent this season. Had some physical problems and still isn't a key player at Benfica. I'm almost sure he'll become a very good player, but maybe not world class. |
