Aki A. - Lonely Traveller (Oldschool Epic Trance Mix)
View this Thread in Original format

This is my definition of quality trance, and I tried to pick up tunes that haven't been played that much. Mixing Technique is quite crappy here and there, and in one transition my lovely Numark cd-player did the trick, but this mix is more about feeling anyway :)

All comments about the tracks, mixing technique or anything are naturally more than welcome :)

Great selection of tunes and as you rightly said, the mixing technique isn't brilliant but at the same time the classics cover up any serious flaws in mixing. I suppose the only real pointer that I'd say is why did you put Way Out West's - UB Devoid? I wouldn't class that track as being particularly old skool and it really does stand out from the mix in comparison to the other gems but on it. On the whole a really pleasant trip down memory lane. Looking forward to seeing more old skool from you :)

Thanks for the long feedback mate! I didn't plan this at all, I just thought that there would be need for some "uplifting" track with more positive vibes between Eterna and superpositive Woomera track :)

There were many tracks that left outside this and I just got Blue Amazon's "Javelin" double-cd, so part 2 will see daylight when my computer is fixed and when the mood is right :) With better technique I hope :happy2:

diggin out the oldies eh? ha. yeah. i've had this one on my ipod for years, the last hour was fantastic, loads of variation and the part i liked best, the abundance of underplayed tunes. woomera was my highlight :)

Actually I was searching Eterna's Flight on google to try to find out how the spelling was in the old myth and google directed me to this thread :haha:
