| i've seen one in action while doing a few sessions at a friend's place. seemed to run fine without any major issues. the latency is just like any other sound card, imo. 128 sample buffer will put at around 6ms total latency. if you're considering getting one, i wouldn't think you were making a bad choice. |

| I have the Firewire 410 and I love it, serves me very well. |

| I've done quite a few gigs with both the 1814 and 410 and none of them have given me any problems at all. CPU use have been just as expected with Ableton Live, no problems there either. |
