so im sitting here on the interweb doing my thing when my sister comes downstairs and says "jason, there is a cop at the door looking for you."
i myself on the spot. i go upstairs and there is this cop standing there looking at me. then he tells me i have to show up for court regarding a drunk driving accident that i was a witness to back in august on the 401... damn.. there goes a day of work. :(

Hmmmm... Too bad it wasn't the defence who subpoenad you. The defence sends a bailiff. You'd at least get paid for some expenses too. So in this case, you know it's the prosecution who wants you to talk.
