I don't know what language they were speaking, but there's no action the first 2/3 of the clip, they pick up a hitch hiker, she turns ugly, car flips, blair witch project ending.
Looks like college students' cinema class submission. |

Didn't see any ghost though...just a picture of the hitchhiker - which is the "ghost" that was posted, and she probably screamed b/c the car was about to flip. |
