i read somwhere that people with schizophrenia that smoke are less likly to show symptoms of schizophrenia.

now, i'm not saying i'm schizophrenic, but i'm just saying that since i've quit smoking...my personality has been a bit more ..peppy? i duno..yes i'm in a big huge nic fit, but could it als obe that for the past 4 years i've been sedated due to niccotine?

my counselor says that one good way of dealing with any mental problems is to fold a peice of paper twice in half. in on corner, write 3 good things about yourself. #2, write 3 things your good at, #3 draw a picture of yourself. #4 Write a goal.

my personal therapy is fold a peice of paper twice in half. in one corner, write 3 women you'd like to bang. #2 draw yourself banging each of these women at the same time. #3 Write 3 things you wish you weren't. #4 just put some coke in that square and snort it

ive volunteered at a mental hospital dealing with schizophrenic patients. everyone at the ward all smoked, all heavy smokers, and they were still ed up.

You are probably more peppy because you're body is going through withdrawl. I seriously doubt that smoking has masked any mental illness, seeing as in most cases, those with mental illness' will show signs regardless of their smoking habits or not.

If I go only just a half-day without a cig...say when i wake up to about 4 pm...at 4PM i have so much energy i could climb the sears.

btg..its just your body telling you to smoke a pack of cigs in 1 minute.

so you've stopped poisoning your body several times, every day, for 4 years...and you're wondering why you now have more energy.
