FL Studio, Reason & Cubase. Plus various hardware (mics etc)
Just out of curiosity, what do you guys think of 'Not Alone'? Its my newest song, I know its a very rough version, but do ya think its (repetative, vocals right or wrong, beat could be better, synths sound dated or modern)? Id be interested to hear ya views.

hmm...Not Alone is certainly different..its not bad..but to me the lyrics seem to have a hard time melding with the melody. again, definetely not bad..maybe with some fine-tuning here and there it would be excellent.

Apple is a distribution channel, they are not in the business of promoting/finding new artists.
The reaon they don't deal directly with single artists is pure economics. It takes a similar amount of manpower to sign a distribution contract with a large company as it does to sign a contract with a small company or an individual. Why would they expend the resources to sign a single artist when they could just as easily sign contracts with Warner or Capitol and get access to tens of thousands of tracks and artists?
