ok i was looking at one of the forums about midi and vsts and i didnt understand it coz der was no introductory piece for people who didnt know about it..anyway s my problem is with vst's and cubase sx..i have a midi keyboard connected with usb..is there a more effiecient way of getting more sounds other than loading a new vst every time i want a synth...if i have 4 z3ta's lined up it goes very heavy on RAM...is there a better way other than loading so many synths???
just while im here, do any of you know if cubase and reason support dual core RAM..i have 1 gigabyte of dual core but i have a feeling the programs are only using one half of it it doesnt seem fast enough for a gigabyte of ram... |

i dont know, im gonna have to update my pc soonish and i dont think im gonna buy a dual core proc, not alot of software support that, and i just dont want to risk it...:)
i think thats the only way, you have load 4 zetas if you want to use 4 different sounds from zeta, but you can always bounce down to audio the parts that you already have! |
