Pretty crazy . Tickets are in huge demand, but what kind of idiot thinks the tickets are kept at city hall and would go to such extreme methods to try for tickets. Why not beat up a scalper or something? |

The mayor had just gotten 150 tickets that were going to be given out for free.
When the thiefs entered the room with the city hall people they mistakingly took one of the people there for the mayor which is why they threatened to shoot him. ( the mayor was elsewhere in the building ).
These thiefs were well aware of what they were doing! |
