so all the "big" events are at Vision which is always 21+
...but is there a 18+ venue anywhere for good trance and/or house?

well Tiesto @ Congress was 18+. I am quite sure this will translate into Armin @ Congress on 06/30/06 also being 18+. Bada-blam.  |
