Sorry to hear so many of you are not feeling up to par!!! Drink lots of fluids (VITAMIN C & POM) and get lots of rest....and EAT GOOD FOOD!!!

my body hurts slightly but other than that.....

ears are popping, throat is a bit sore, stuffy nose.
the worst part is I have felt so dizzy for the last two days, very nauseous and weak. Blah, no more calling in sick either. |
