Can somebody tell me how to use the CUE files??!!!

keep seeing these pages with tracklist cues for live sets. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to use them
Im wasent sure which section to put this thread inthis one looked like the most appropriate |

you can do 3 things with them, there might be more but these are the ones i know.
i) Use the CUE file to burn the mix onto a CD. This way if you're listening to it in a CD player or your car, you can skip to the next track, etc..
ii) You can get a CUE plugin for winamp. When you open winamp, a little CUE window comes up, now, if you play.. say ASOT, you can see the tracklist in the little CUE window and go to any track you want.
iii) You can also use a CUE file to seperate tracks. Again, usefull if you want all the tracks played on an episode of ASOT seperate, so you dont have to scan thru the file looking for it, or dont have the burn the whole episode just for one song. |

thats what i was looking for. i know i can use them to burn cd's, but i didnt know how to use them to seperate a set like that
