Good luck this weekend Seneca!
Out of curiosity, what are you planning on playing to lead up to Second Sun? Those guys banged out the hard the last time we saw them... After them + A&B I thought my brain had melted and oozed out of my ears... :eyespop: |

Yah, I could pass on Second Sun, but at least Seneca and Markus are gonna make it soooooo worthwhile.

| Chances are good of me making an appearance. Gutted that Second Sun has to waste 1:30 of my time after Seneca, but lately I'm just all about having a fun night out, seeing good people/friends, and giving up being a music snob :p |

| damn, Second Sun rocked out last time I saw em.. which was the first. Me and Seneca were pretty blown away by em - they did a remixed version of Crush that was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! I went absolutely nuts when the main build hit!!!! As did most everyone there. I also enjoyed their other tracks, such as "The Spell"... I definitely look forward to seeing em again Saturday! |

Ok, I admit, the vocalist guy is quite a performer. Crush and The Spell rocked last time. |

A-HA!!! :) YES that is exactly waht I am talking about - they rocked!!! so much energy.
honestly I would LOVE to hear that version of Crush again.... it was that good. It started out like the Vandit Club Mix (i.e. with the vocal part in place) - and then instead of the synth part kicking in, it busted into this totally crazy explosion of a Crush remix. |

I'll see you there, but yeah, need to find someplace to go during 2nd Sun that doesn't cost as much as the Vision drinks. They've got some nice productions but not really as enthusiastic about them as the other 3 spinning. |

yeah... I've been debating in my head the whole week...
I know they are full of energy in their show and I think Markus after Second Sun will kinda be a snore-fest almost... no?
as an opener and out of respect you are not supposed to bang it out... which I will never do. BUT I may play a few energetic tracks like Chris Lake - Fantasy (I haven't heard anyone play that track!) close to the end of the set to stir the dancefloor up a bit leading into Second Sun...
but we shall see tomorrow... not sure what RJ will lead out of handing it over to me. |

yeah, i did enjoy the vocalist quite a bit. he had a great voice and was really fun to watch (and he amazingly looked soooo much taller on stage than he actually is!)... but i just couldn't handle how hard and bangin' their set was!
i haven't heard a Markus set (live or otherwise) in a long time, but the general consensus i've gathered is that he tends to play a little harder than his GDJB McProggy style when he plays out at clubs... so maybe he won't be *too* light and fluffy after Second Sun.
