Well the New Times seems to agree that Winter Music Conference is the best week in MIAMI! Haha
Been reading the Best of Miami for the past 3 years now. Anyone else dig it?
I love reading the best places to take a girl on the 1st,2nd,3rd date.. also love reading the best food places in miami for salads and other things.
But then there's one that says.. "Best Place To Meet Intelligent Men" Winter Music Conference parties

In 2002 I made the Best of List for the Best fan's notes:
Regarding the pick for Best Club DJ in "Best of Miami," New Times definitely got it right this time! Another classy article on Edgar V. Written very well. Edgar deserves this big time.
