I worked there! its not expensive once you realize every hour every single thing gets switched out, rebrewed, remade, re-done. The pastries get dumped, samples prepared and given for free..

besides this coffee being overpriced and not half as good as dunkin donuts but does anyone else get stomach cramps from it? me and my buddy get them was wondering if anyone else did. |
I like DD coffee but I put my own sugar in it. they make that stuff too sicky sweet. SB is overpriced its ok noting special but not bad. I'd say coffee in general is rough on your stomach, especially when empty. Thats why ppl with stomach ulcers don't drink coffee. Its not rocket science to make a good pot of regular coffee. freshly brewed with decent quality beans is all you need. |

also, dunkin donuts is $1.80 for a large coffee, starbucks is $1.93 i believe
thats not much of a difference really |

true but seems like i've never seen anyone ever order regular coffee at SB. Its always the speciality drinks for $4. I guess ppl are shamed into it, kinda like ordering just a small salad at an expensive restaurant. |

All I know is that Starbucks had a sugar-free, caffeine-free soda of some sort and I drank it and it was delicious.
But then later on my wife got cramps WTF!!!! |
