today at our chorus concert this girl sang "jesus take the wheel" for a solo and if you dont know, that songs about a woman and her baby on an icy winter night who almost crash and she lets go of the wheel and somehow makes it... then prays to god and asks forgiveness...
anyhow im into SHOCK humour so at this really christian kid's sake i made the comment "i wonder how many people who left go of the wheel and prayed to god crashed into a ing tree and died".
the kid just looked appalled and said "no! no. that wouldnt happen. it couldnt.... it couldnt happen..." then rambled to himself...
my mates and i had a good laugh at that one. |
