Carbon rip off of an EFX500- just with a different layout and some extra features.
For $100 its an utter bargain.... might pick one up in NYC next week if I come across one. |

Have you actually used the device? I'm not expecting much from it, but wondering if it is actually usable. |

I'd rather get the gemini one. I've used it and it's extremley good for $60. I'd pick that over wasting $500 on a EFX 500 :D |

Don't waste your money on the Gemini (Like I did) The sound quality is terrible, when you engage the effects button.
Sounds like, it reduces the 10Khz - Up when the effects button is on.
I got mine in a corner someplace......
You may want to search for that thread I posted all that info on the Alesis Philtre. I left a link with tons of effects that will offer great results than that Gemini.
As for the Behringer, I was considering it, due to the price. But now, I have the Alesis, and, it's the best $50.00 I've spent. :D |
