[Melodic Noise/IDM] "Allied Nations - End of Act II" (192kbps Sample)
View this Thread in Original format
Allied Nations
Hey, this is an IDMish/Noise track im working on withj a very melodic feel... very minimal drums and very full sound. So far I love it and almost everyone I've sent it to have had very few complaints... its a very pleasant number that just sort of envelops everything around it... Lost in sound...

This is an updated version from the one which I sent around so almost everything has been addressed in one way or another. I am looking for any little stupid thing you hear that you don't like! Cheers!

This is good stuff!

the thing with IDM is that really, anything goes. the rest is just left down to personal taste.

personally i like this track, i do have a soft spot for IDM.

nice sound design (on the drums espically) very trippy and spaced out.

good work!

idm doesn't have 4/4 kicks :p

sounds more like a chill house or techno tune
but very pleasant listen, good job :)

Maybe.. I don't know.. What is IDM anyways?! :p

I think I'm going to start labelling some my tunes just "EM". Electronic Music. As opposed to EDM... Which is for "dance" music. I wouldn't call this a dance tune.

Thanks for the listen, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
