FREEDOM and/or TIESTO PRE-EVENT PARTY ?!? - MAY 21st

I'm sorta iffy about posting this, due to the fact that i'm not quite sure if their is any interest... but meh, here goes nothing.
My roommate (blackass) and I were seriously considering hosting a pre-event party for either Tiesto / Freedom or both events on the afternoon of Sunday May 21st. We live downtown at Dundas and Kensington (Not the nicest neighbourhood but...) it's a fairly large space with a patio close enough to both event locations.
Question is, any feedback on if such a thing would be a success with people attending festivities on the 21st ?
Looking forward to opinions.
