So yeah... this is the OFFICIAL thread for the game.
Purchased it on Tuesday. Barely got in any normal gameplay in that day. Played multiplayer with a friend, mostly.
Wednesday - The main game most of the day. It's early Thursday morning right now and I'm exactly halfway done with the game. Collected all the large coins in the first 4 worlds. All the worlds are unlocked so now it's only a matter of unlocking all the paths and collecting the rest of the coins.
So what do I think of the game?
Challenging! You can play each stage differently, depending on what item you use. The music is great. It's not grating, you know?
The bosses are kinda lame, though. Got nothing on the original Koopa Kids.

Finished World 5 (all star coins) and unlocked World 8. 99 lives.
I'll post a stage video for you later, stren. I need a video camera, damn it! My digital camera is 30FPS with crappy lens.

The huge 8-bit Mario is actually from the upcoming GCN game, Super Paper Mario.
Use google to find out about both this game and SPM.

Alright guys. I'm 100% done with the game. Collected everything. Beat every stage. Unlocked all the paths. Give me a day or two to collect my thoughts and I'll post a review.

lol Yan, you took the time :haha: The stage looks preety much the same as i remember it (exept for better graphics of course). Now i know everything about the game, plus I can see you haven't gotten rid of that empty box for candies yet

It's actually not a remake of the first stage in Super Mario Brothers! Gotta look closer. ;)
